Requiring no introduction the main hall has Large Family kitchen with breakfast bar seating for 4 and sofa seating for 7, a large formal dining room with table seating for 14 or 22 with both tables used so you can sit down the guests of the North and South wing plus additional sofa seating for 9 and a lounge with seating for 9!

 

Both the kitchen and dining room have access to the large formal south facing terrace and views out on to the rose garden.

The formal Lounge has access to the patio and a baby Grand Piano, Grand Hallway and Stairs with further Baby Grand Piano.
